디지털 전환 시대에 따른 발레 전공자 전문성 확보를 위한 교육 콘텐츠 강화 방안

본 연구의 목적은 디지털 전환 시대에 발레 전공자 전문성 확보를 위한 교육환경 강화 방안을 규명하는 것이다. 이에 연구방법으로 문헌탐색과 면담을 통한 전문가 의견 수렴을 활용하였다. 4차 산업혁명이 빠르게 진전되고 있고, 전 세계적인 팬데믹 상황을 일으킨 코로나-19 바이러스로 인한 사회적 거리두기는 비대면 생활 양식의 빠른 일상 보급을 일으켰다. 비대면 생활양식 적용의 확대에 따라 디지털 기술의 활용도 증가하였다. 이러한 디지털 전환의 시대에 발레 전공자의 전문성을 강화하기 위해서는 발레 교육 내용을 디지털 데이터로 전환하고 이에 대한 접근성이 자유로워야 할 것이다. 그리고 변화된 내용을 효과적으로 이용할 수 있도록 디지털 데이터의 활용을 위한 기능 교육이 실시되어야 할 것이다.

이에 디지털 전환의 시대에 발레 전공자의 전문성 강화를 위해서는 첫째, 발레 실기(발레 동작의 모양, 발레 동작의 역학적 특징, 주요 발레 공연 레퍼토리의 안무 등), 발레 이론(발레의 역사, 발레 동작의 명칭 및 설명, 발레 교수법 등), 시설 환경(기기 장비, 영상 획득 공간 등)의 세 가지 영역에서 디지털 데이터화의 확보가 우선적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. 둘째, 디지털 영상 촬영 기기의 활용법, 영상 디지털 콘텐츠 제작 방법, 온라인 교육 비즈니스 및 마케팅 전략, 온라인 교육 상담 기법, 디지털 온라인 공연 및 이벤트 기획 방법 등의 학습과 관련된 교육과정의 강화가 제시되었으며, 디지털 분야와 발레의 융합을 위한 특화교육이 개발될 필요가 있다. 셋째, 디지털 전환의 과도기적 성향이 강한 현재의 환경 변화 흐름 속에서 교수자들은 지속적인 노력을 통해 전공자들을 교육하고, 발레 전공에서의 디지털 기술의 활용과 이를 활용한 콘텐츠의 필요성과 가치를 명확히 확보하기 위해 기본 교수의 역량에 따른 전공생과의 커뮤니케이션 강화에 노력해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to identify ways to strengthen the educational environment to secure the professionalism of ballet majors in the era of digital transformation. Therefore, as a research method, the collection of expert opinions through literature search and interview was utilized. The 4th industrial revolution is advancing rapidly, and social distancing caused by the COVID-19 virus that has caused a global pandemic has caused the rapid daily spread of untact lifestyles. With the expansion of untact lifestyle applications, the use of digital technology has increased. In this era of digital transformation, in order to strengthen the professionalism of ballet majors, it is necessary to convert the content of ballet education into digital data and to have free access to it. And in order to effectively use the changed contents, functional education for the use of digital data should be conducted.

Therefore, in order to strengthen the professionalism of ballet majors in the era of digital transformation, first, ballet practical skills (shape of ballet movements, dynamic characteristics of ballet movements, choreography of major ballet performances repertoire, etc.), ballet theory (history of ballet, name and Description, ballet teaching method, etc.) and facility environment (device equipment, image acquisition space, etc.) Second, the reinforcement of the curriculum related to learning such as how to use digital imaging equipment, how to create video and digital content, online education business and marketing strategy, online education counseling technique, digital online performance and event planning method, etc. was suggested, and the digital field and Specialized education for the fusion of ballet needs to be developed. Third, in the current environmental change trend with a strong transitional tendency toward digital transformation, the instructors educate the majors through continuous efforts, and in order to clearly secure the use of digital technology in the ballet major and the necessity and value of contents using it, Efforts should be made to strengthen communication with major students according to the professor's competency.
