무용전공대학생이 인지하는 진로결정 유형과 특성 분석

초록

이 연구는 Q방법론을 적용하여 무용전공학생의 진로의식에 대한 특성을 파악하고 진로결정에 대한 주관적 유형과 특성을 규명하였다. 심층면담과 개방형 질문을 통해 32문항의 Q표본을 추출하였으며, 이를 무용전공대학생 44명을 P표본으로 연구한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 무용전공대학생이 인지하는 진로결정 유형은 4가지로 분류되었다. 둘째, 진로결정 유형의 특성은 <1유형>은 ‘자아실현형’으로 적성에 맞는 진로를 찾아 즐겁게 일 할 수 있어야 하며 이를 위해 중요한 것이 자신의 목표와 신념이라고 인식하는 유형이며 <2유형>은 ‘현실직시형’으로, 진로에 있어 가장 중요한 것이 생계유지이며 그러한 목표를 위해 자신의 능력과 인맥이 중요하다고 인식하는 유형이며 <3유형>은 ‘행복추구형’,으로 진로는 내가 평생을 하고 싶은 일을 하면서 즐거움을 추구함으로써 근원적인 행복을 추구해야 한다고 인식하는 유형이며 <4유형>은 ‘성장지향형’으로 진로란 좋아하고 잘 할 수 있으면서 적성에 맞는 일을 선택해야 하며 그로 인해 끊임없이 자신의 발전을 이루어내어 성취감을 느낄 수 있어야 한다고 인식하는 유형이다. 셋째, 무용전공대학생은 유형에 관계없이 공통적으로 진로에 대해 적성에 맞는 진로를 선택해야 하며 즐겁게 할 수 있는 일 이어야 한다고 인식한다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning of the course recognized by university students major in dance and to analyze the type and characteristics of career decision. For this purpose, we analyzed the meaning and factors of 'career' recognized by dance major students through in – depth interviews and analyzed the structural types and characteristics of each type of 'career decision' recognized by dance students' college students by applying Q methodology. The results of the study were as follows. First, the career decision types of dance major students were classified into four types. Second, the <1 type> of the career decision of the major student of dance should be able to work happily in search of a career that meets his aptitude as 'self - realization type' Is the 'reality-oriented type', the most important thing for career is the livelihood, the type that recognizes that the ability and the network are important for such goal, the <3 type> is the 'Pursuit of happiness' I want to pursue pleasure and pursue happiness. I want to pursue my happiness. <Type 4> is 'growth-oriented type.' I like career and I have to choose a job that is good and suitable for my aptitude. It is a type that recognizes that development should be achieved and feel a sense of accomplishment. Third, dance students majoring in dance, regardless of the type, recognized that they should choose career paths that suit their aptitudes and should be able to enjoy them.
