무용의 실천 영역별 윤리적 과제와 무용 연구윤리 연구동향 분석

이 연구는 무용의 실천 영역에서 논의되고 있는 윤리적 과제와 무용학 연구에서 수행된 연구윤리 연구의 동향을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 공연예술의 한 분야로 무용은 공연, 교육, 연구의 3가지 실천 영역에서 수행되어오면서 다양한 윤리적 갈등 상황에 직면해왔다. 그러나 현장에서 직면한 윤리적 갈등 상황이 무용학 연구에서 본격적으로 다루어지지 않았고 특히 무용 연구윤리에 관한 논의는 시작조차되지 않았다. 이에 이 연구는 현장 중심의 무용이 고유의 지식체계를 바탕으로 타 분야와 대등한 입지를 갖춘 학문으로 성장하기 위해 무용의 실천 영역별 윤리적 과제를 탐색적으로 제시하고, 무용 연구윤리를 다룬 선행연구의 주제어를 중심으로 네트워크 분석을 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, ‘공연’ 영역에서는 저작권, 계약, AI와의 협업, ‘교육’ 영역에서는 무용교육자, 지도자, 단장의 윤리의식 및 인성, ‘연구’ 영역에서는 자료수집, 분석에서의 윤리적 관점, 연구윤리 교육의 부족 등이 윤리적 과제로 나타났다. 둘째, 무용 연구윤리 연구동향을 살펴본 네트워크 분석에서 연결 중심성을 기준으로 저작권(47), 저작물(29), 안무(17), 전통무용(15), 인공지능(13) 순의 주요어가 나타났다. 연구를 바탕으로 무용의 실천 영역별 윤리적 과제를 해결하기 위한 법률, 제도의 정비, 무용학 연구를 위한 연구윤리 교육의 강화와 무용 연구윤리 교육자료의 개발 등 현장 개선을 위한 지원과 연구를 병행해야 할 것이다.

This study aims to examine the ethical challenges associated with the practice of dance in the context of its academic research. Specifically, it seeks to understand the ethical principles that govern dance scholarship and the impact of dance on ethical considerations in academic research. The study focuses on three key areas: performance, education, and research, which collectively represent the diverse ethical challenges encountered in dance scholarship. However, the ethical dilemmas encountered in the field have not been thoroughly examined in the context of military ethics research. In particular, there has been a paucity of research on military ethics. The present study is characterized by its focus on the field of usability, which is underpinned by a comprehensive knowledge system. It aims to establish a superior academic standing by addressing ethical issues in the context of usability, and it has provided a comprehensive analysis of these issues. The following conclusions were drawn from the research results: firstly, in the "Performance" domain, the focus was on copyrights, contracts, and collaboration with AI; in the "Education" domain, the emphasis was on the ethical awareness of instructional designers, leaders, and instructors; and in the "Research" domain, the focus was on data collection and ethical considerations in data analysis. The research identified a lack of ethical training in research ethics. Secondly, an examination of the current state of research in the field of dance ethics revealed that the most prevalent scholarly works were those focusing on copyrights (47), publications (29), choreography (17), traditional dance (15), and artificial intelligence (13). The objective of this study is to address the ethical challenges associated with the implementation of dance education, with a focus on the development of legislation, the establishment of a framework for dance research, and the enhancement of research ethics in dance. The study will also examine the development of research ethics in dance education and the challenges faced in implementing research ethics in dance.
