무용전공자를 위한 진로흥미적성 검사도구 개발의 방향성 탐색 : Holland 모델 기반의 무용직업유형(DOT)의 적용

초록

이 연구의 목적은 무용전공자의 진로교육을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 무용 분야의 직업에 대한 진로흥미적성 검사도구의 개발 방향성을 탐색하는 것이다. 무용직업군 유형 및 분류체계(Dance Occupational Theme)를 토대로 문헌연구와 전문가 자문회의를 통하여 무용흥미적성 검사도구의 예비 문항을 추출하였다. 예비 문항은 DOT에서 제시된 예술형, 사회형, 진취형, 사무형, 현장형, 탐구형 6개 유형을 토대로 성격적성 60문항, 직업적성 61문항 총 121문항을 도출하였다. 전문가 회의를 통하여 문항구성의 적합도와 내용타당도를 검증하고 기술통계분석, 신뢰도검사를 실시하였다. 예비검사는 예술고등학교 재학생 53명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 무용전공자를 위한 무용진로흥미검사도구의 방향성을 다음과 같이 제시한다. 첫째, 무용전공자의 특성을 구체적으로 반영한 진로흥미적성 검사도구를 개발하여야 한다. 둘째, 무용전공자의 합리적인 진로의사결정 능력을 향상시키고 자기이해, 진로정보탐색 그리고 진로설계에 필요한 역량을 습득할 수 있는 체계적인 내용으로 구성되어야 할 것이다. 셋째, 이 연구는 무용진로흥미적성 검사도구 개발을 위한 기초연구로, 무용전공자를 위한 유일한 진로검사 도구를 개발한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the direction of developing an interesting aptitude tool for the career education of high school dance majors in the field of dance. To achieve the purpose of this study, preliminary questions of dance interest aptitude test tool were extracted through literature research and expert advisory meeting based on Dance Occupational Theme. The preliminary questions were derived from the total of 121 items including 60 personality aptitudes and 61 occupational aptitudes based on the six types of artistic, social, enterprising, conventional, realistic, investigative in DOT. the appropriateness and content validity of item composition were verified, and descriptive statistics analysis, reliability test were conducted. The preliminary test was conducted with 53 students from art high school and the development direction of dance career interest test tool for high school students is as follows based on the results of the preliminary test. Firstly, it is necessary to develop a test tool that reflects the aptitude of dance majors. Secondly, it should be composed of systematic contents to improve the ability of reasonable career decision making in youth period, to acquire the ability necessary for self-understanding, career information search, and career design. Thirdly, the development of dance career interest aptitude test tool is meaningful in that it is the only career test tool for dance majors.
