본 연구는 무용전공대학생의 셀프리더십이 진로결정자기효능감과 취업준비역량에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하려는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 서울과 경기도에 위치한 5개 대학의 무용전공대학생을 대상으로 선정하여 최종적으로 368명을 유의표집 하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 설문지는 선행연구를 토대로 하여 타당도와 신뢰도검사를 거친 후 사용하였다. 수집 된 설문자료는 통계프로그램 IBM SPSS Statistics Version 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, t-검정, 일원변량분산분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 도출 하였다.

첫째, 무용전공대학생의 셀프리더십 하위요인인 행동적전략, 건설적사고전략, 자연보상전략은 진로결정자기효능감의 하위요인인 미래계획, 직업정보수집, 목표설정에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 셀프리더십 행동적전략과 건설적사고전략은 자기평가와 문제해결에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 무용전공대학생의 셀프리더십 하위요인 중 자연보상전략, 행동적전략은 취업준비역량의 하위요인인 취업정보탐색, 취업준비행동에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 무용전공대학생의 진로결정자기효능감 하위요인인 직업정보수집, 문제해결이 취업준비역량의 하위요인인 취업정보탐색에, 그리고 진로결정자기효능감 미래계획, 직업정보수집, 목표설정은 취업준비역량의 취업준비행동에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 무용을 전공하는 대학생들의 셀프리더십은 진로결정자기효능감과 취업준비역량에 작용하는 의미 있는 요인으로 확인되었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate empirically the effects of self - leadership of dance major students on career decision self - efficacy and job preparation ability. 368 students were selected from five dance college students in Seoul and Gyeonggi. The questionnaires used in this study were based on previous studies and were used after validity and reliability tests. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using the statistical program IBM SPSS Statistics Version 18.0. The following conclusions were drawn.

First, the behavioral strategy, constructive thinking strategy, and natural compensation strategy have a statistically significant effect on future planning, job information collection and goal setting, which are sub - factors of career decision self - efficacy . Self - leadership behavioral strategies and constructive thinking strategies have significant effects on self - evaluation and problem solving.

Second, natural compensation strategy and behavioral strategy have a statistically significant effect on job search information search and job preparation behavior.

Third, collecting job information and solving problems significantly affected job search information. In addition, career decision self - efficacy, future planning, job information collection, goal setting had a significant effect on job preparation behavior.

Based on the above results, it was confirmed that the self - leadership of college students majoring in dance is a meaningful factor affecting career decision self - efficacy and job preparation ability.
